What is Dry Chemical Carpet Cleaning?

When it comes to dry cleaning carpets, the idea is that there is absolutely no moisture. But in reality, dry cleaning carpets can involve several processes that use very low humidity levels. One of them is to use dry carpet cleaning foam.

Dry chemical carpet cleaning is not a completely dry process, but the moisture content of the foam is minimal, which can be described as dry. The dry carpet cleaning process actually uses 90% air and 10% liquid in the foam mixture.

In order to take full advantage of the dry foam carpet cleaning procedure, you will need a dry foam cleaner. The machine can simply be defined as a modified vacuum cleaner with a compressor that converts a liquid-air mixture into a foam solution. The solution is usually a liquid shampoo specially developed for carpet care that is poured into a dry foam machine.

After the solution is poured, the dryer uses a pressurized tank and a compressor equipped to make the foam solution. The solution, in turn, is pushed into the brush attachment, which is also used to apply the solution to the carpet.

The brush attachment is designed to work with the foam solution on the carpet so that every carpet fiber is cleaned. To be thorough when cleaning, you need to make sure the person checks the machine to make foam bubbles of the same size.

This is important so that the foam has a more even function to clean the surface to be cleaned before spraying. The foam acts as a kind of catalyst when dirt rises to the surface and, once dry, leaves behind particles. Once the foam is completely dry, the area will need to be vacuumed completely to remove any dirt and grime.
